Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: London Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established asbestos consultancy in their search for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team covering London and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified professional looking to join a respected consultancy offering a balanced mix of surveying and analytical duties across commercial and mixed-use environments. THE ROLE As an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst , you will carry out both surveying and analytical duties across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties throughout London. Working independently and as part of an experienced team, you will deliver high-quality asbestos services while ensuring full compliance with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams Managing your own workload effectively across multiple client sites Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or equivalent) Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements Ability to manage your workload independently Full UK driving licence Excellent communication, organisational, and re
