Early Years Assistant – Cheltenham Cheltenham Flexible Monday–Friday Work | Competitive Pay Love working with children but don't have a formal childcare qualification? You don't necessarily need one. Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Assistants to support nurseries, preschools and Early Years settings across Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. We're interested in people who have previous experience working with children and want to build on that experience within Early Years. Your experience could come from a nursery or preschool, but we'd also love to hear from people with backgrounds in schools, SEN support, children's clubs, after-school clubs, holiday clubs, sports coaching or other childcare environments. Whether you're looking for 1–2 days a week, regular full-time work or something longer-term, we'll work around your availability. We're looking for people who: Have previous experience working with or supporting children Genuinely enjoy working with young children Are caring, patient and enthusiastic Are reliable and adaptable Are comfortable joining different teams and settings Are willing to complete the necessary safeguarding and compliance checks An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, but we can discuss this with you during registration.
