Dear Applicant We are seeking to appoint an organised, efficient and dynamic administration assistant to join our cohesive Learning Support team. Our support staff work extremely closely with the teaching staff to provide the very best educational experience that we can for the young people in our school. We expect the highest possible standards from all our staff and our support staff members take a full and active part in school life. The successful applicant will: • Have a proven ability to work effectively independently and within a team ethos • Have the skills to prioritise and organise their workload efficiently. • Be committed to the all-round welfare of our students • Have effective communication skills and enjoy working with young people • Have high expectations of themselves and others • Be flexible and adaptable; willing to embrace change and seek to improve knowledge of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). • Have a positive ‘can-do’ approach to their work Maidenhill is a school with real momentum, ambition and heart.
