Voids Supervisor Hounslow Temporary sick cover 45,000 - 47,000 (will be converted into an hourly rate) Social Housing and Supervisory Experience Needed Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the West London area who are looking for a highly skilled Voids Supervisor to join their team. Purpose of the Job - Voids Supervisor Supervise and coordinate the delivery of void property refurbishment and maintenance works, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard within agreed timescales and quality requirements. Manage and coordinate operatives and contractors, allocating workloads efficiently and monitoring progress to maximise productivity and achieve void turnaround targets. Carry out regular inspections of void properties to monitor workmanship, identify defects and ensure all works are completed in accordance with specifications, health and safety requirements and Lampton Services' standards. Monitor daily workloads, programme works effectively and address any issues or delays that may impact completion timescales or performance targets. Ensure accurate updates are maintained on relevant systems, including job progress, works completed, outstanding repairs and property readiness. Work closely with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient voids process, while maintaining high standards of quality, customer service and value for money. Support the delivery of an efficient voids service by identifying opportunities to improve turnaround times, workmanship, productivity and overall service performance.
