Project Architect / Architectural Technician Northampton 40,000 - 50,000 We are working with an established and award-winning architectural practice who are looking to appoint experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists to join their growing team in Northampton. The practice works across a diverse range of sectors, including logistics, education, hotels, research and development, offices, industrial, sport, leisure, civic, mixed-use, master planning and residential, with project values ranging from 500k to over 200m. Requirements for this Project Architect / Architectural Technician role: Running projects from concept through to completion. Producing high-quality architectural and technical drawings. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams. Taking responsibility for your own projects and design decisions. Leading and supporting junior members of the team. Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders. Developing projects through the relevant RIBA stages. Working predominantly within Revit to develop and coordinate project information. Contributing to the design and technical delivery of a varied project portfolio. About You: Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist. Proven experience running projects within a UK architectural practice. Strong Revit skills are essential. Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK construction. Confident producing your own drawings and managing project information. Experience working collaboratively and leading others. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and InDesign experience would be advantageous. Strong communication and organisational skills. Passionate about architecture and committed to delivering high-quality work.
