Property Administrator Location: Alloa, Scotland (Hybrid) Hours: 35 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 DOE Professional Development: Fully funded TPI (The Property Institute) Property Management Qualification with structured career progression into Property Management. Whether you already have some property experience or come from a strong customer service, administration, housing, estate agency, account management or service-focused background, full training will be provided. The Role This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll support the management of residential developments, coordinate maintenance projects, liaise with homeowners and contractors, and deliver exceptional levels of customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring developments are maintained to a high standard while building positive relationships with residents, suppliers and contractors. The role offers a mix of office-based and hybrid working, together with occasional visits to residential developments and homeowner meetings. Key Responsibilities Property Management Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works across residential developments Obtain quotations and manage contractor tenders Monitor contractor performance and quality standards Arrange safety inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed Support the onboarding of new residential developments Assist with budget monit
