Estimator RC Frame, Groundworks & Civils Location: London Salary: £70,000 £80,000 + Bonus Benefits: Car Allowance / Mileage + Laptop & Phone Job Type: Permanent This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong background in RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils , ideally with additional experience across M&E and Data Centre projects . The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive and accurate tenders, working closely with the wider commercial and project teams to support the company s continued growth. Key Experience Required Proven experience working as an Estimator within the construction industry Strong estimating experience across RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils Experience with M&E projects , particularly Data Centres , would be highly beneficial Ability to prepare accurate and competitive tenders and cost plans Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and subcontractor pricing Ability to review drawings, specifications and project requirements Confident communicating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively What s on Offer £70,000 £80,000 base salary Bonus scheme Car allowance / mileage Laptop and company phone Office-based role in London Opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work If you are an experienced Estimator looking for a new opportunity where you can take ownership of tenders and contribute to the growth of the business, we would be keen to hear from you.
