Position: Quantity Surveyor Location: Reigate, Surrey Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 DOE Bennett & Game are representing an established and highly regarded residential developer who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. Our client specialises in delivering high-quality residential developments across the Home Counties and South East, with an excellent reputation for build quality and attention to detail. Alongside their traditional private housing developments, they are expanding into affordable housing contracting projects, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to gain exposure across both developer and main contractor environments. Salary & Benefits Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 DOE Bonus Scheme (to be discussed) 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays 50 monthly mobile phone allowance Business mileage paid NEST Pension Other benefits to be discussed at interview Start Date: ASAP (notice periods considered) Quantity Surveyor Position Overview Manage the commercial delivery of residential housing developments from groundworks through to final account Prepare cost plans, budgets, valuations and financial reports throughout the project lifecycle Procure subcontract packages, manage tender processes and negotiate appointments Administer contracts, variations, valuations and final accounts while maintaining robust cost control Support the delivery of upcoming affordable housing projects under JCT forms of contract, ensuring contractual compliance and accurate administration Work closely with operational teams, subcontr
