Architectural Technologist £38,000 - £45,000 + 4 Day Week (Every Friday off) + Training + Progression + Free Gym + Flexible Working Manchester (Commutable from: Salford, Stockport, Altrincham, Sale, Stretford, Bolton, Bury, Warrington) Are you an Architectural Technologist / Technician looking to join a friendly, close-knit practice where you'll be properly supported, trained and given a clear route to step up into running projects? This is a permanent position with a well-established architectural practice working across private-sector projects, including cladding remediation and high-rise schemes, where you'll be part of a relaxed, sociable team that focuses on retention and long-term careers. On offer is structured support through regular CPD sessions and access to formal training courses, alongside day-to-day learning from experienced Architects/Technologists. As you settle in, you'll have the opportunity to develop into a Project Runner role over time. In this role you'll be office-based in Manchester (with occasional site visits), producing technical packs and detailed design information, supporting planning submissions and working across RIBA stages 3-5. You'll use Revit and strong detailing skills to deliver high-quality project information. This role would suit an Architectural Technologist with good Revit and technical detailing experience, looking for a stable long-term position, a supportive team environment, and steady progression.
