Shape the future of technology-led transactions Programme overview: On the Technology Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping corporate and private equity clients assess technology risks and identify value creation opportunities. You’ll work in high-performing teams on fast-paced transactions and transformations, gaining exposure to a range of sectors and service offerings. Collaboration — thrive in inclusive teams where every voice and perspective strengthens outcomes Curiosity and motivation — developing your potential by continuously building new technical and digital skills What you will be doing: Assess the target business’ technology landscape including technology strategy, software products and platforms, IT applications and infrastructure, technology costs and conduct cybersecurity risk assessments. Gain exposure to the deal/investment “engine” including the diligence process, valuation process, stakeholders involved, bidder meetings and the deal negotiation process. Assist with wider practice development tasks from recruitment through to learning and development as well as business development activities such as preparing pitches and presentations.
