Purpose of the role To participate in the day to day operations of the technology function, working across a range of technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Accountabilities Participation in design and innovation of products using the newest technologies. Cross-functional collaboration with the business to understand their needs and convey them to the broader development team, ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Development of change and innovative solutions. Collaboration with peers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing. Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.
