On the Financial Restructuring Graduate programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping businesses find solutions to their toughest challenges and make decisions about their future. Working in high performing teams, you’ll use technology and data to deliver analysis, judgement and powerful insights. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build your potential and achieve a globally recognised accountancy qualification while making a real impact to clients and wider society.
What you will be doing
- Solving critical business challenges by analysing performance, understanding key issues and assessing options to protect value
- Supporting businesses through restructuring and insolvency processes, taking on a range of responsibilities to deliver the best outcomes for stakeholders.
- Supporting your team with project management, proposals, business development activities and key deliverables across a variety of different projects, businesses and sectors.
- Developing your skills through hands-on experience, coaching and formal learning.
- Curiosity — developing your potential by continuously building new technical and digital skills
- Problem solving — use information and data to find solutions to business challenges.
- Analytical thinking — review information, spot patterns and understand what they mean for a business.
- Ownership and accountability — take responsibility for outcomes and raise quality and trust.
- Critical thinking and judgement — assess risk, quality and implications to make recommendations on the future of businesses.
