Who were looking for: You could currently be a Senior Team Assistant, BD/Sales Coordinator, Project Coordinator or Business Support professional, ideally with some previous agency or commercial experience. You'll be highly organised, resilient and proactive, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and strong personalities. You'll enjoy being the person who knows what's happening, what needs doing and who needs a nudge. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. The culture is energetic, sociable and ambitious, so this will suit someone who enjoys pace, collaboration and being genuinely involved. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who takes pride in being the organisational engine behind a successful team and wants to make a visible impact.
