EA to Founder & CEO |£80,000 - £120,000 | Hybrid working | West End Tiger is pleased to be partnering with an impressive, fast-growing Tech Start-up. This business is has a huge growth trajectory and the CEO and Founder is looking for his first EA to support him in a business and private capacity (90:10 split). This is a right-hand role with scope to shape the role and make it your own. The role Own and manage the CEO's complex travel schedule end to end, including multi-city itineraries and last-minute changes Run a fast-moving calendar, prioritising and protecting the CEO's time Handle private administration with discretion Anticipate needs and execute without being chased Act as a trusted point of contact for the CEO's network, investors and the wider team Support the CEO on wider business priorities as the company scales About you Proven experience supporting C-suite or founders in private equity, venture capital, hedge fund or wider financial services Highly precise, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong execution focus Direct, proactive and resilient, with a low-maintenance, no-nonsense approach High EQ, with sound judgement and total discretion Comfortable with a demanding travel schedule and flexible hours Looking for a long-term partnership with a founder, not a stepping stone Benefits: Private health cover Annual leave + UK bank holidays Hardware and a full home office set-up Free lunch in the office Flexibility on office attendance REF: JRM/217994 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
