We are delighted to be recruiting for an Interiors Studio Coordinator role with a well-established, internationally renowned interiors business in London, which would suit someone who loves creating a warm, welcoming and well-run workplace. As the beating heart of the studio, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, guests and colleagues. Whether you are greeting visitors, answering the phone or keeping the office running smoothly, you will set the tone for everyone who walks through the door. This varied and sociable studio coordinator job is ideal for a confident, outgoing and well-presented person with at least two to three years' experience in a similar role. You will need strong organisational and communication skills, along with experience in an administrative, studio coordination or office support role. Experience in the creative industries is welcome, but it not essential. Most of all, we are looking for someone who takes real pride in creating an efficient and friendly office environment. Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 Duties include but are not limited to: Welcoming clients and guests warmly and offering refreshments Keeping the studio clean, tidy and organised Scheduling meeting room bookings and setting up virtual meetings Organising staff lunches Arranging couriers, post, taxis and travel logistics Planning staff events and company activities Managing office supplies and stationery ***Joyce Guiness is one of the longest established business support recruitment agencies in London.
