Client Operations Executive – Temporary City | Temporary | Immediate Start Are you highly organised, commercially minded and genuinely confident with Excel? KMK Recruitment are looking for a Client Operations Executive to join a consultancy based in the City on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working directly with clients and suppliers, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll have genuine responsibility for client activity, operational processes and the financial administration behind the service. The Role You’ll be a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, managing activity throughout the client lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Managing client onboarding and operational workflows from start to finish Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers by email and telephone Preparing quotations, savings schedules and invoices using Excel Processing invoicing and commission accurately and in real time Managing queries and taking ownership through to resolution Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless client service Identifying issues, solving problems and finding ways to improve processes About You We’re looking for someone who is bright, organised, numerate and commercially aware , with the confidence to take ownership and work proactively. You’ll ideally have: Strong practical Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivots and structured templates Excellent attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy Confidence communicating with clients and suppliers at all levels Experience within a small, entrepreneurial or fast-paced business A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities The ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy If you’re looking for a temporary role where you can really get involved, take responsibility and make an impact , we’d love to hear from you.
