We are seeking a capable, highly organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Founder of a boutique hedge fund. This is a part-time ongoing temporary position working five days per week, 10am – 3:00pm and would suit an EA who enjoys working closely with a senior executive and is confident managing a busy and changeable schedule. You will provide high-level business and administrative support to the Founder, ensuring their working day runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities will include: Complex diary and calendar management Scheduling and coordinating business meetings and appointments Managing changing priorities and resolving diary conflicts Organising UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries Preparing detailed travel schedules and ensuring arrangements run seamlessly Liaising with internal and external contacts on the Founder’s behalf Providing general administrative and organisational support as required Anticipating requirements and proactively managing upcoming commitments The successful EA will be exceptionally organised, discreet, commercially aware, and dependable, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay one step ahead. You will have strong communication skills, excellent judgement, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion. Working Pattern This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday, 10:00am–3:00pm. The position is predominantly remote, with one day per week based in the Central London office.
