Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Licensed Conveyancer
Cardiff - Hybrid
This is an opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal or qualified Licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 100 law firm in central Cardiff. You will take over an established caseload from regular referrers.
Your experience:
- Previously experience of running your own conveyancing caseload
- Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified fee earner
The role:
- Handling your own caseload of plot sales plus buy backs, staircasing and redemptions for shared ownership/equity properties
- Working with housing associations
- Advising on new site set up
- Document drafting, such as transfers and leases
- Demonstrating xcellent client communication skills
This position will offer you:
