The successful candidate would provide efficient, accurate, and comprehensive financial and administrative support to the school's finance team. The Finance Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining school financial records, processing purchase orders and invoices, managing school income and trips, and maintaining robust accounting procedures in accordance with school policies and statutory financial regulations. The position covers elements such as accounts payable and purchasing, accounts receivable and income collection (school income and trips), banking and petty cash, financial administration and support, communication and office administration.
