Heath and Safety Advisor

SHE Advisor - Construction Location: Derby / Stoke Salary: Up to 50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Office Base: Derby or Stoke Think Recruitment is working with an established construction contractor looking to recruit a SHE Advisor to join their new build and refurb Construction team. The role will support a variety of new build, refurbishment, fit-out, engineering services and maintenance projects across the Midlands area. The Role Carry out site audits and inspections. Support site teams with Health & Safety best practice. Compile reports and identify areas for improvement. Provide SHE advice during pre-construction. Investigate accidents and incidents. Attend key project and business meetings. Support the development of SHEQ standards. What We're Looking For NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate minimum. Tech IOSH or above. Construction / Health & Safety experience. Strong communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence.
