IPV Driver - Wanted - Immediate Start! Oxford Based Salary: DOE Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced IPV Driver? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an IPV Driver to join a leading Traffic Management company operating across the East Midlands and wider UK road network. This is a field-based role requiring a reliable and safety-conscious individual with experience working on motorways and high-speed road networks. You will be responsible for operating Impact Protection Vehicles (IPVs) in support of temporary traffic management operations while ensuring the safety of road users and colleagues at all times. What's on Offer: Competitive salary and overtime opportunities Ongoing training and career progression Company vehicle and PPE provided Long-term, stable employment Supportive management team and structured work schedules Qualifications Essential: Full UK Driving Licence (Category C / Class 2) Valid Driver CPC Lantra NHSS 12 IPV Qualification TTMBC (Temporary Traffic Management Basic Course) Good understanding of motorway and high-speed road operations Desirable: NHSS 12AB General Operative NHSS 12C Operative HGV Class 1 (C+E) First Aid Qualification Roles & Responsibilities Safely operate Impact Protection Vehicles (IPVs) on motorways and high-speed roads. Support temporary traffic management operations in accordance with NHSS requirements. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects immediately. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures. Assist Traffic Management crews with the installation, maintenance and removal of traffic management systems when required. Maintain accurate records, driver checks and daily paperwork.
