Job Description

Are you an experienced Site Agent with a strong background delivering rail structures projects? Do you have experience line side civil and structural works? This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Agent to support the delivery of line side civil works across the south. Rate: £(Apply online only)/day DOE - Umbrella, Inside IR35 Duration: 6 month, rolling contract Location: Basingstoke, sites across Wessex / Sussex Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team, delivering a significant local infrastructure works from early works through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site delivery, completing documentation, coordinating resources, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality within a live rail environment. The role would suit an experienced Site Agent with a technical or engineering background who has delivered rail structures, and civils projects on a long term contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Oversee the delivery of structures and line side civil works Ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme and in line with project requirements Manage quality processes, inspections, documentation and site records e.g. ITPs, WPPS, TBS Support planning and coordination of construction activities Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineer and wider delivery team Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project partners Essential requirements: Previous experience working as a Site Agent within a rail environment Experience delivering civils and structural works, within the rail industry Valid PTS certification Experience managing site teams and subcontractors Technical or engineering background preferred, although strong practical experience will be considered This is an excellent oppor
