Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and materials. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Role Overview As the Mechanical Estimator , you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of their projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing competitive tenders in order to secure mechanical packages on commercial projects ranging in value from 50k - 1 million . Duties Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of mechanical project requirements for Retail & Commercial fit-outs.
