As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their full potential, particularly those with additional needs. Working closely with teaching staff, you will support students both in and out of the classroom, ensuring they are fully engaged in their learning and able to access the curriculum effectively. You will be an integral part of our school community, providing tailored support to individual students or small groups and helping to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
