Teaching Assistant Join Our Team at Loxley Hall School Loxley Hall School is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. This rewarding role involves supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging learning experiences, helping pupils to thrive both academically and personally. You will provide whole-class support, work closely with individuals and small groups, and deliver targeted interventions to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve success. Our pupils come from across Staffordshire and have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, often alongside associated behavioural challenges.
