We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience of, or a passion for, working with younger children. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, build independence and thrive both academically and socially. A patient, nurturing approach and a commitment to inclusive practice are essential.
