Job Description Managing incoming telephone calls, emails, and customer enquiries, providing a professional and efficient service. Welcoming and registering delegates attending training courses at the training centre. Processing course bookings, handling payments, and raising invoices accurately. Advising customers on training schedules, course availability, and suitable training options. Supporting the team in the preparation of training materials, documentation, and course paperwork. Assisting with the administration of course results and the issuance of certificates. The Successful Applicant A successful Temporary Office Administrator should have: Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in standard office software and tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer Immediate Start Opportunity Hourly pay ranging from £12.00 to £14.00, dependent on the level of experience.
