Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their commercial team in Altrincham. The Role As Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will be responsible for: Preparing competitive estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects Producing detailed quantity take-offs and cost plans from drawings and specifications Procuring subcontractors and obtaining competitive supplier quotations Managing the commercial aspects of projects from tender stage through to final account Preparing interim valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accounts Producing CVRs, cost reports, and commercial forecasts Identifying commercial risks and value engineering opportunities Working closely with Directors, Project Managers, and Site Teams to ensure successful project delivery Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors Supporting successful project handovers from pre-construction into delivery The Ideal Candidate The successful Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will have: Previous exp
