Your Role On joining, you will start in one of the roles outlined below. As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different teams and disciplines over time, helping you build a broad skillset and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business. Any moment between roles or teams will be based on business demand, individual performance and development needs. Programme Management Office (PMO) You’ll work alongside Project Managers to support the successful delivery of projects. This includes monitoring and managing project finances, planning and tracking resources, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, supporting change management, and identifying and managing risks and issues. Service Analyst (SA) You’ll be part of a service team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. You’ll help monitor and improve service performance against Service Level Agreements, manage incidents, problems, and changes, and work closely with technical teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure service reliability. Business Operations Analyst (BOA) You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the business, including financial activities, communications planning, calendar and mailbox management, and resource planning. This role offers great exposure to leadership teams and the opportunity to understand how the business operates at scale.
