Customer Support Agent in City

Customer Support Agent - Cardiff - 35 hours a week - Immediate start - 14.29- 15.38 per hour -3-6 months

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is proud to be working with a leading financial institution who put their customer at the heart of everything they do, they are looking for a small team of individuals who are great communicators to help resolve arrears queries in a people first, professional manner.

The Opportunity:

Dealing with inbound calls with a "how can I help you approach?" This is a role where empathy and compassion are essential, if you have a background dealing with vulnerable people this is a great role for you. This is not a contact centre role, rather a role where you will enable customers to get back on track.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with inbound calls and ensuring solutions are right for the customer
• Logging the outcomes on the CRM system
• Making pre-arranged outbound calls

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good keyboard skills
• Experience with sensitive conversations
• Compassion and empathy
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK
• Ability to deal with vulnerable people
