orking Supervisor - Thames Water Projects - Oxford & Reading Working Supervisor Required - Long-Term Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Supervisor to oversee drainage and civils works across Thames Water projects between Oxford and Reading . Role Details Long-term opportunity 27 per hour Immediate start available Company van provided Travelling between multiple sites across the Oxford and Reading area Working on clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities Supervising site operatives and subcontractors Coordinating day-to-day site activities Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standards Completing site paperwork and liaising with clients and management Remaining hands-on where required to support site teams Requirements Previous experience as a Working Supervisor within water, utilities or civil engineering SSSTS or SMSTS preferred NRSWA Supervisor beneficial Full UK Driving Licence Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently What's on Offer Long-term, secure work Company van provided Opportunity to work on major Thames Water projects Competitive hourly rate Immediate start To apply, please apply below or contact Kayleigh, contact details can be found in the profile section.
