General Foreman Are you an experienced General Foreman with a background in highways looking for your next freelance opportunity? A new freelance opportunity has become available for a General Foreman based in Oxfordshire, working on planned highways term maintenance across the area. The Opportunity You'll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities and gangs, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. The schemes will cover a variety of highways maintenance and civils works, including: Road repairs and replacement Footway repairs and replacement Drainage, ditches and grips Kerbs and edgings Road markings Modular surfaces Traffic management Reactive repairs You'll be working across multiple locations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors while ensuring works are completed in line with programme, quality and health & safety requirements.
