The Role As an Assistant Manager / Estimator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the accident repair centre, overseeing estimates, supporting workshop operations and helping ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the required standards. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing accurate vehicle damage assessments and repair estimates. Assessing vehicle damage and identifying the work required. Managing repair authorisations and liaising with insurers and customers. Supporting the day-to-day management of the accident repair centre. Monitoring repair progress, productivity and turnaround times. Working closely with Panel Beaters, MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to maintain workflow.
