Compliance Coordinator Luton Temporary £17.00 per hour PAYE Social Housing and Housing Compliance Experience Needed Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the Luton area who are looking for a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join their team. Purpose of the Job - Compliance Coordinator Coordinate compliance activities, inspections, servicing, and maintenance programmes, ensuring all required actions are scheduled and completed within relevant timescales and regulatory requirements. Manage diaries and appointments efficiently, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance activities are delivered on time. Monitor daily workloads, outstanding actions, and compliance deadlines to support effective resource planning and ensure key targets and KPIs are achieved. Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and systems, ensuring inspections, certificates, remedial works, and completion information are recorded correctly and promptly. Liaise with contractors, officers, and service users to obtain updates, resolve issues, and ensure compliance-related actions are progressed to completion. Support the delivery of a high-quality customer service by providing timely communication, responding to queries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient compliance process. Monitor outstanding compliance actions and follow up with relevant teams and contractors to minimise delays and ensure issues are resolved within required timescales. Assist with the preparation of reports and compliance information, identifying outstanding actions, trends, and areas requiring further attention.
