Painter and Decorator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a busy maintenance team working across social housing properties. The successful candidate will carry out a range of internal and external decorating works within occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works. Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, and making good. Wallpaper stripping and hanging where required. Complete work within occupied and void social housing properties. Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and tidy. Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer care. Requirements: Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator. Experience within social housing or property maintenance is desirable. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
