Private Junior PA Annual Salary: £55,000 - £65,000, DOE Hours: 10am - 7pm Days: Tuesday to Saturday, days off will be Sunday and Monday Location: Central London Work location: 5 days, office based We are seeking an exceptional Private Junior PA to join a busy UHNW private family in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and discreet individual looking to develop their career within a private household environment. Working closely alongside the family and wider household team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth daily running of family life. Key responsibilities: Managing and coordinating the children’s daily and weekly schedules; coordinating school activities, appointments, clubs, classes and extracurricular activities. Coordinating with nannies, drivers, tutors and other members of the family’s support team. Preparing and communicating the daily schedules for nannies and drivers, and communicating schedule changes promptly to the relevant team members. Managing children’s appointments, including doctors and dentists. Coordinating with tutors and overseeing tutoring schedules. Managing school responsibilities - monitoring and managing school portals, communications, calendars and notices; checking school uniforms and ensuring children have everything required for school and activities; ordering school supplies, clothing, equipment and other items required by the children. Daily afternoon school pick-ups and taking the children to activities and appointments as required. Researching and arranging children’s activities. Assisting in organising and arranging gifts for children’s birthday parties and special occasions. Updating and maintaining household manuals, procedures and relevant household  information. Ordering household items, family essentials and supplies as required. Assisting with household staff recruitment, interviews and onboarding. Coordinating with the chef on the daily family menu and communicating any requirements or changes. Overseeing projects within the family home, including organisation and inventories. Providing hands-on support and service during larger events and occasions, particularly when a butler is not in place. Managing personal errands and ad-hoc requests. Providing general research and administrative support as required. Candidate Requirements: Previous PA, Team Assistant or Private Household experience. Additional language skills are highly desirable (French, German or Spanish). Full clean driving licence and confident driving in London (car will be provided) Must have the right to work in the UK. Willingness to travel when required. Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail. Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask effectively. High levels of discretion and confidentiality. Strong communication skills. Proficient with Apple, Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Tech savvy with experience setting up and troubleshooting devices, equipment etc.
