Hillcrest Homes is recruiting for a Housing Assistant. About the Role In the role of Housing Assistant, you will: Provide administrative support to the Housing Officers Contribute as a member of the Dundee East Housing Team carrying out a hybrid role in our Tom Johnston Road Dundee office and at home Provide advice and assistance to customers on all aspects of housing including allocations and tenancy matters and carry out a varied admin role About You You will: Be qualified to SCQF Level 5 in administration Have previous experience of working in a busy face paced environment Have excellent customer service skills Be enthusiastic, confident, reliable and highly motivated Have previous experience of working in the Housing Sector or similar setting would is advantageous Have excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly About the Benefits 32 days minimum annual leave (based on full-time hours) Option to buy or sell annual leave (subject to eligibility) Family Friendly Policies Death in Service (three times annual salary or a minimum of £10,000) Defined contribution pension scheme available (2 Options): Option 1 - Contributions = 5% Employee and 3% Employer Option 2 - Contributions = 8.5% Employee and 8.5% Employer Home and Tech Scheme: Spread the cost through salary sacrifice and save up to 8% on thousands of home and tech products at IKEA and Currys (subject to eligibility) Cycle to Work Scheme: Spread the cost through salary sacrifice and save up to 47% on bikes and accessories (up to £2,000) (subject to eligibility.
