You’ll help transform finance operations by assessing, redesigning, and implementing improvements, while building strong client relationships and leveraging advanced technology to enhance service delivery. What you will be doing - As a Shaper of the future, you’ll collaborate with clients to deliver tailored outsourced accounting services, preparing financial statements, management accounts and bookkeeping solutions that meet their evolving needs. - Build a strong foundation through structured onboarding, developing your understanding of accounting requirements and the wider commercial landscape. - Work across a range of projects and clients, collaborating with teams across the UK and internationally, gaining exposure to global finance operations. - Develop your digital skillset, using accounting platforms and innovative technologies, including AI, to help streamline processes and enhance service delivery. - Analytical thinking – Interpret financial data to prepare accurate statements, management accounts and bookkeeping, supporting informed decisions for clients. - Problem solving – Assess and improve finance processes across diverse client projects, helping redesign and implement more efficient, scalable solutions. - Empathy and relationship building – Build trusted client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored outsourced accounting services. - Digital fluency – Use accounting platforms and emerging technologies, including AI, to streamline processes and enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
