Job Description
Your new company A successful and growing logistics organisation, aimed at developing long-lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and best-in-class solutions. Your new role As FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis, forecasting and commercial insight to support decision-making across a complex, multi-site operation. Working closely with both finance and operational teams, you will provide detailed performance reporting, develop financial models and help drive profitability through improved understanding of key operational metrics. This role offers the opportunity to play a significant part in the implementation of a new ERP system, supporting the development of enhanced reporting capabilities and helping the business make better use of financial and operational data. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previous experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a business partnering position. You will possess strong analytical and financial modelling skills, along with experience of budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will be comfortable working with large data sets and translating financial information into clear, actionable insight for non-finance stakeholders. Experience within a multi-site and multi-currency environment is highly desirable, as is exposure to ERP implementation or finance transformation projects. Candidates from logistics or similarly operational sectors will be particularly well suited to this opportunity. What you'll get in return In return, you will join a market-leading international organisation operating within a dynamic and growing sector. You will have the opportunity to work on a high-profile implementation while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across both finance and operations. The role offers genuine opportunities for career development, alongside the chance to influence key business decisions through high-quality analysis and commercial insight. You will benefit from a collaborative working environment, excellent stakeholder exposure and a competitive salary and benefits package.
