What you will do
- Work with children, families, carers, groups, and communities to assess needs, strengths, and areas of risk.
- Undertake assessments and interventions using the Signs of Safety practice model.
- Ensure children's voices, wishes, and feelings remain central to all assessments, planning, and decision-making.
- Complete safeguarding assessments, including Section 47 enquiries, where required.
- Develop, implement, review, and evaluate care and support plans that promote positive outcomes.
- Manage a varied caseload while maintaining high standards of professional practice and accountability.
- Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice to enhance service delivery and professional development.
- Support families to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve sustainable change.
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes through strengths-based interventions.
