Support Worker

Cygnet Nield House, Crewe, Cheshire

Location: Cygnet Nield House, Barrows Green, Bradfield Road, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 4QW
Salary: £13.15 per hour rising to £13.70 after 3 months
Hours: 42 hours per week across a mixed shift pattern (12 hour day and night shifts)

We are looking for confident, compassionate and resilient Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cygnet Nield House in Crewe.

You'll be working 42 hours per week across a mixed 12-hour shift pattern, helping to make a positive difference to the lives of the women in our care.

Whether you have experience in care, mental health, healthcare, support work or residential services, or you bring transferable skills from roles such as customer service, hospitality, retail, education, security, community work or family caring responsibilities, this could be the next step in your career.

About Cygnet Nield House

Cygnet Nield House is a specialist mental health hospital for women in Crewe, Cheshire. The service supports women aged 18 and over and is split into two distinct wards, each offering specialist mental health care.

Clarion Ward

Clarion Ward is a 14-bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder, with or without co- morbid disordered eating.

Compton Ward

Compton Ward is a 15-bed acute service for women. The ward provides a safe and stabilising environment for women experiencing an acute episode of mental illness who require an emergency admission.

At Nield House, you'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team helping women feel safe, respected and empowered as they work towards recovery, independence and improved wellbeing.
