In this role, you will be responsible for organising, supervising, and providing ongoing support to a team of Void Operatives, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Lead, coach and develop a successful, high performing Operative team, supporting them on site to deliver work to a high quality standard Utilise your IT skills, by producing and reviewing productivity reports, confirming weekly timesheets and engaging with customers and the client Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising problem-solving capabilities.
