As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their Portsmouth-based team. Your Role and Responsibilities: While in this position your duties may include but may not be limited to : Support the preparation and development of architectural drawings and technical documentation. Produce and amend technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Assist with the development of designs from concept through to detailed technical stages. Work closely with architects, technicians, engineers and other project stakeholders. Ensure drawings and technical documentation meet relevant standards, regulations and project requirements. Update drawings and documentation in response to project changes, feedback and technical requirements. Assist with the preparation of specifications, schedules and other project documentation. Review drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency and attention to detail. Provide general technical and project support to the wider team. Develop your understanding of construction methods, materials, regulations and technical detailing. Contribute to the successful delivery of projects while continuing to develop your technical and professional skills. What You Will Need to Apply: A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture or a related discipline. Some knowledge or experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
