School Caretake / Site Assistant - Independent Prep School Location: Tunbridge Wells Hours: 35 hours per week Contract: Full-time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced School Site Assistant to join a well-regarded independent prep school in Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the school site, buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment for pupils, staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience working as a Site Assistant, Site Manager, Premises Assistant or similar role . Have practical experience of general maintenance, repairs and upkeep of school or commercial premises. Be confident carrying out routine checks and identifying maintenance or health and safety issues. Be organised, reliable and able to work independently. Have a proactive, hands-on approach and take pride in maintaining a high-quality environment. Be comfortable working around children and within a busy school setting.
