Duties for the position of Team Leader - Multi Trades in Oxfordshire include: Be accountable for the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of responsive repairs across roofing, tiling, plastering, decorating, brickwork, and groundwork, ensuring all work meets technical standards and customer expectations. Act as the first point of escalation for complex or technical trade queries - providing guidance and solutions to operatives. Work closely with other Team Leaders and Planners to allocate jobs efficiently, making sure the right skills are matched to the right work. Ensure robust quality control of repairs, carrying out regular site visits and inspections to check workmanship standards, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health & safety requirements. Lead toolbox talks and on-site coaching for operatives to reinforce safe working practices, trade skills, and customer-first behaviours. Support trade staff in adopting modern techniques and materials where appropriate, improving productivity and first-time fix outcomes. Proactively manage the flow of responsive repairs, anticipating seasonal and weather-related peaks (e.g. roofing in winter) and adjusting resource plans accordingly.
