Architectural Technician £36,000 - £46,000 + Chartership/CIAT Support + Software Training + Hybrid Working + Long-Term Progression Exeter, Devon (Commutable from Exmouth, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, Tiverton, Crediton, Dawlish, Honiton, Torquay) Are you an Architectural Technician looking for a role where you can take real ownership of technical delivery, backed by a business that will invest in your development and future progression? On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, multidisciplinary property and facilities consultancy working on a varied portfolio of projects across Devon, with clear support for CPD, professional memberships and software upskilling. You will be joining a highly experienced team delivering projects across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on quality and technical excellence. Due to continued success and a long-term pipeline of work, they are looking to add another senior technical professional to the team. In this role you will produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and building regulation packs, respond to site queries, carry out occasional site reviews, and coordinate with wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards are met throughout delivery. This role would suit a Architectural Technician with strong CAD and specification experience, looking for long-term development, professional support and progression into senior technical leadership. The Role: Technical delivery across RIBA stages, with a focus on Stage 4-5 Producing technical drawings, specifications and building regulation packs Dealing with site queries, carrying out site reviews and technical reviews Hybrid working available (typically up to 2 days from home), Exeter-based The Person: Architectural Technician / Technologist with strong CAD and technical detailing experience Comfortable with specification writing, building regulations and site-based queries Full UK driving licence and
