The Opportunity Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of major refurbishment, construction and planned works projects. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Supervisor looking to join a stable, growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations. Manage and coordinate direct labour, subcontractors, suppliers and site resources. Monitor project progress and provide detailed updates and reports to the Contracts Manager. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures and project-specific requirements. Conduct regular quality inspections and site audits.
