Job Description

An Architect opportunity is available with a healthcare-focused architectural practice in Lancashire. The role is suitable for Part III qualified and ARB registered professionals, from recently qualified through to experienced level, with UK project delivery experience. Healthcare experience is preferred, although commercial and large-scale project backgrounds will also be considered. Revit or BIM knowledge is essential, with the position covering projects across all RIBA stages. A driving licence and access to a car are required due to the office location. Role & Responsibilities Contribute to healthcare projects across all RIBA stages Use Revit daily for architectural design and project delivery Support planning submissions, technical design and construction stages Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders Coordinate architectural information within multidisciplinary project teams Skills & Experience Required ARB registered and Part III qualified Revit or BIM knowledge is essential UK architectural project delivery experience required Healthcare, commercial or large-scale project experience preferred Good knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures Candidates must hold a driving licence and have access to a car. Strong design and technical capability across planning, delivery and construction stages is required.
