Swimming Pool Site Installer

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Swimming Pool Site Installer to join a growing installation team, working on a variety of construction and mechanical installation projects. This is a practical, site-based role suited to someone with a strong background in plumbing, pipework installation and general mechanical construction. The successful candidate will be confident reading technical drawings, carrying out first-fix installations, using a range of tools and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors and project management, taking responsibility for your work while supporting the smooth delivery of projects from installation through to completion. Working Locations Key Responsibilities: Install, assemble and maintain pipework systems, fittings and associated mechanical equipment. Carry out first-fix pipework installation, including measuring, cutting, fitting and connecting pipework. Read and interpret technical drawings, including CAD and Revit plans, to carry out site installations accurately. Assist with setting out site works, including establishing datums, gridlines and installation points. Conduct pressure testing and assist with commissioning and quality checks. Carry out mechanical plant room installations, equipment fit-outs and associated pipework connections. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installation, construction and finishing tasks. Measure, plan and coordinate material and fitting requirements to ensure work progresses efficiently. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors when required, ensuring quality standards and project deadlines are maintained.
