Their boutique developments typically range from 8 to 10 exclusive units per project, built to the absolute highest standards of design, quality, and craftsmanship. As a growing and dynamic team, they pride ourselves on attention to detail, precision execution, and a hands-on approach to luxury development. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our delivery team. The Role Reporting directly to the project delivery team, the Project Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sites. You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across various stages of construction, procurement, and sub-contractor management. Key Responsibilities Procurement Support: Assist the team with sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials, fixtures, and fittings suitable for high-end residential specifications. Sub-Contractor Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for sub-contractors on-site, helping to coordinate schedules, track compliance documentation, and manage day-to-day communications. General Site Administration: Maintain comprehensive project files, manage document control, update tracking logs, handle correspondence, and prepare meeting minutes or reports. Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate material deliveries to site to ensure seamless flow with construction phases while minimizing disruption.
